Privacy notice
How we use your information
Autologous Therapies Limited (company number 07160715, registered office 4 Lion Street, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 1LW) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Last reviewed October 2026.
What we collect
If you use the enquiry form we receive the name, organisation, email address and message you type, together with the time it was sent and the internet address it came from. If you email or phone us, we hold whatever you choose to tell us. This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your browser's request for the font files; Google's privacy policy applies to that request.
Why we use it
We use the details you give us to answer your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to arrange a Perfusionist, a consultancy engagement or an application to join our team. Our lawful basis is that you have asked us to respond (steps taken at your request before a contract) and our legitimate interest in running the business.
Who sees it
Enquiries are delivered to our mailbox, which is hosted by Microsoft 365, and are seen only by the Autologous Therapies team who need them to reply. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to any further contact are deleted within twelve months. If you become a client, a Perfusionist on our team or a supplier, the information forms part of that relationship and is kept under the separate agreements and notices that apply to it, including the ATL Timesheet Portal, which is only available to contractors with an @autologoustherapies.com account.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. Write to enquiries@autologoustherapies.com or to the registered office above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
